Once orders are placed, please allow 7-10 business days for turnaround time. Items could possibly be shipped earlier if product is in stock.
Once your order is delivered to the post office and tracking information is provided, that order is now the responsibility of USPS. In the event that your package is lost or shows delivered but you haven't received it, you will have to file a claim with USPS or contact your local Post Office for the GPS coordinates of the delivery.
