  • You will be sent 1 proof for all Photo tumbler & Personalized designs. Once changes are made the tumbler will be created.
  • Be sure to double check all spelling and photo placement on Personalized tumblers.
  • You will NOT receive a proof on Non-personalized designs. 
  • By checking out, you are agreeing to my turnaround time of 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or Holidays.
  • Refunds are only issued if there is an error on my part.
  • Since all items are made to order, I can not offer exchanges and or returns.
  • Tumblers may have a visible seam unless it is a seamless image.
  • Bleached items are unique and may have bleach overspray or small bleach spots outside of the image area.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for an email reply.
  • We may not answer emails on the weekend unless it is an urgent matter. Please indicate that in the Subject of the email.
  • Discounted or Sale AS/IS items will not be considered as damaged or a production error. Those items as sold as they are and you are agreeing to purchasing imperfect items at a discount.
