You will be sent 1 proof for all Photo tumbler & Personalized designs. Once changes are made the tumbler will be created.
Be sure to double check all spelling and photo placement on Personalized tumblers.
You will NOT receive a proof on Non-personalized designs.
By checking out, you are agreeing to my turnaround time of 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or Holidays.
Refunds are only issued if there is an error on my part.
Since all items are made to order, I can not offer exchanges and or returns.
Tumblers may have a visible seam unless it is a seamless image.
Bleached items are unique and may have bleach overspray or small bleach spots outside of the image area.
